Welcome to the Oregon Association of County Clerks official website.
The Association of County Clerks is comprised of Clerks, Recorders and Election Officials, or any other Officials performing like duties and who are functioning as the elected or appointed County Officials for a County Government.

Members, if you need assistance in logging into the members page, please contact the OACC website coordinator by email at eric.sample@multco.us Many conference documents and recordings can be found on the Oregon Secretary of State's SFTP site under the OACC folder.
OACC Conferences
- OACC Mid-Winter Conference - February 7-10 2022 (Salem Convention Center, Salem, OR)
- 110th OACC Annual Conference - Week of August 15th, 2022 (Convention Center - Pendleton, Oregon)
Please note that the annual conference is hosted by the OACC President, normally in the county they reside in. The mid-winter conference is held in Salem. Vendors are invited to the Annual Conference only.
